Purpose of the Role
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively engaging potential customers to generate qualified leads for the business. Operating within a call centre environment, this role focuses on outbound calling, basic needs analysis, and accurate capture of prospective information to support sales and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases and dialer systems.
- Introduce the company, its products or services, and the purpose of the call in a clear and professional manner.
