Role Overview
The Business Director/ Account Director will own and lead a portfolio of enterprise
B2B accounts — driving growth, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and
long-term client partnerships. You will manage client relationships, lead cluster/account teams, oversee delivery quality, drive account growth, and ensure the business unit operates efficiently and profitably. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable navigating CXO
conversations, solving delivery problems, leading teams, and identifying growth
opportunities within existing relationships.
