Role Overview

• We are seeking a hands‑on AWS Software Engineer to design, build, integrate, and operate GenAI services within an OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform.
• This role is responsible for developing LLM‑driven services that integrate with an existing OCR ecosystem, as well as providing run and operational support for the platform, including industry‑leading OCR solutions such as Tungsten Automation.
• The role blends software engineering, cloud engineering, and production operations, with a strong focus on scalable, secure, enterprise‑grade solutions operating in regulated environments.
