Set up, investigate and authorize claim payments within specified authorityReview incoming claim correspondence on existing claims, formulate response and create workflowsPrepare claims correspondence on questions of coverage and claim value within specified authorityInstruct and manage experts (i.e. lawyers, counsel, experts) as requiredExperience required:
10+ years of professional indemnity complex claims handling experience on both Company and Lloyd’s platformsExcellent policy wordings knowledgeKnowledge of London market essentialExcellent technical skills – coverage/defence/reserving/file management/KPI’s
