:The AVP, Head of Business Development Strategy and Enablement focuses on strengthening business development strategy, incentive governance, and performance management across the Business Development function to support sustainable business growth. The role is also responsible for enhancing sales effectiveness through disciplined planning, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring that key initiatives are well aligned with business priorities and executed effectively across relevant stakeholders.
