Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President (AVP) for an 8‑month contract role within the Organisation & People team. This role will support the continuity of key organisational effectiveness, change, and culture priorities, partnering closely with stakeholders to sustain momentum on inflight initiatives, deliver data‑informed insights, and help drive effective organisational interventions.

Responsibilities

Organisational Diagnosis

• Conduct organisational and functional assessments to identify themes, performance gaps, structural considerations, and areas for improvement.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, including stakeholder feedback and engagement inputs, to generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Translate findings into practical, actionable recommendations that enhance organisational effectiveness, team performance, and ways of working.
