Avionic Technician

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, repair, and modify avionic and electrical modules and systems, including cable harnesses and wire bundles, in accordance with engineering schematics.
• Install wires and electrical components in modules and electrical assemblies while strictly following drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Mark wires, build up layers, and complete terminations using crimping and soldering techniques as required by technical documentation.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of assigned work and promptly report any non-conformities or gaps to the lead or supervisor.
• Perform electrical continuity checks, functional tests, and acceptance test procedures on wired harnesses and assemblies according to engineer and manufacturer instructions.
