Etihad is seeking a Service Innovation Data & Analytics Officer to serve as a data backbone within Product & Hospitality. The role involves building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automating data pipelines, and analyzing NPS data.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or engineering, preferably in aviation or hospitality. Familiarity with AI tooling and strong communication skills are essential.
