About the Role This role is for individuals with
at least 1-2 years of event AV setup and operations experience who are ready to take on more responsibility.
You will be involved in setup, basic troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions. You should be comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for technicians who take pride in disciplined, systems-driven operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Prep:
Prepare equipment based on packing lists. Follow existing packing systems and checklists to ensure 100% load-out accuracy. Delivery & Logistics:
Load and unload equipment safely. Support vehicle packing to improve deployment efficiency. On-Site Setup:
