Position Overview
Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: IT Service
- Position Title: AV Presales Engineer / Manager
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Lead presales demos, follow up on leads, build networks, and manage partner/supplier relationships.
- Meet clients to understand needs and concerns.
- Present on behalf of the company at meetings or conferences.
- Handle complaints and perform on-site troubleshooting.
- Prepare quotations and track purchase orders.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers on quotes; negotiate pricing.
- Gather customer/prospect feedback and share with internal teams.
- Lead AV initiatives and advise on procurement.
