Auxiliar Contable Fiscal

Position available at several offices across Mexico, including Puebla and Guadalajara. The role requires full‑time presence in the office with a typical 8‑hour weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accounting entries related to bank receipts, payables, payroll, and inventory.
• Calculate, prepare and file tax returns: ISR, IVA, retenciones, DIOT, and other monthly and annual filings.
• Manage and reconcile accounts with government portals SAT, IMSS, IDSE, INFONAVIT, and internal systems such as SAP or COI.
• Determine federal and state payroll taxes (ISR, IVA, impuesto sobre nómina).
• Prepare and file electronic payroll reports and payroll‑related documents.
• Generate and maintain the payroll register, compute depreciation, amortization, and accounting adjustments.
