Position Overview
- Analyze operation’s historical data and performance metrics to optimize automation design and provide insights on inventory movement, order patterns, and operational efficiency.
- Identifying the right mix of automation technologies to meet MR.DIY’s logistics needs.
- Design the overall automation solution, including robotics, conveyor systems and other automated Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Prepare the outline and commercial analysis of the proposed automation solution to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare the functional and technical requirement specifications / drawings / RFP for tender process.
- Oversee the tender process for automation solution.
- Review and validate the design basis and performance of automation systems from solution vendors.
