Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Automation & RPA Engineer to help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization.

This role focuses on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.

No prior experience in pharma or laboratory systems is required — we are looking for a smart, curious profile with strong automation mindset and willingness to learn
