Job Description:

• Prior experience and strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio)
• Prior experience with at least one RPA technology (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism etc.)
• Familiarity with governance, licensing, and compliance in automation environments.
• Relevant professional certifications in Power Platform (e.g. PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600), project management (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA), or requirements engineering (e.g. IREB) are required or highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead organization-wide change management programs or digital upskilling initiatives, such as rolling out new automation platforms, establishing training academies, or driving adoption of digital tools across multiple business units.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
