About the Company —Our growing Kitchener client is recruiting for a key member for their controls team, a Control Systems Designer. You will design and develop world-class automation solutions by contributing to machine concepts, design of controls software and hardware, integration of software with electrical and mechanical systems, and process development. You will work with leading-edge technologies and processes utilizing PLCs, HMIs, PCs, robotics, motion controllers, drives, vision systems, lasers, and other controllers.

About the Role - You have 5 years of experience designing and programming control systems in a custom automation environment; an engineering degree or diploma specializing in electrical, systems, or computer science; programmed PLCs and HMIs; designed electrical controls; and can also commission & troubleshoot.
