Summary The position is located within the Office of the Director (Office of Public Affairs) and the primary purpose is responsible for developing, coordinating, shooting, editing, and producing a wide range of audiovisual products, audio media, and video, independently or combination in support of direct and indirect patient care, research, administrative and public affairs purposes, applying the appropriate rules/regulations used in conducting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) business. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Video/Audio Documentation, Editing and Production - Performs work in the production of videotaped and live television programs; live and prerecorded radio broadcasts; motion picture films; broadcast type closed circuit teleconferences; and other similar productions, such as slide shows with sound accompaniments.
