Responsibilities
- Build and optimise audiences, segments and automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data tools.
- Turn lifecycle plans into live campaigns—ensuring activity is well-timed, well-sequenced and high quality.
- Run test‑and‑learn activity to improve performance, including setting up tests, measuring results and applying learnings.
- Use data and insights to track results and continuously optimise audience strategy, messaging and timing.
- Work closely with data, content and design teams to deliver more personalised, connected customer experience.
- Write clear briefs and help shape messaging so communications are customer‑focused and fit for channel.
