To Understand and Beat the Sales Department TSGP Budget (F&I/Chassis)Have a sales process where you are introduced within minutes of an enquiryYou must personally deliver every finance quotation, over the phone or face to faceYou must professionally present Finance and GAP to every retail opportunity using the F&I PresenterYou must ensure every customer has received a professional presentation about paint protectionYou must negotiate any chassis discounts with every customerYou must negotiate the monthly payments with every customerWhen valuing a part exchange, we must consider that vehicles price within the market place using all tools available to us, confirming the price with a Sales Manager if unsure.
