Description
Our client, a law firm with a diverse practice spanning land use, constitutional, and education law, is seeking a litigation attorney to support an active and evolving caseload. This is a fully remote opportunity offering approximately 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to ramp up to full-time hours. The firm is looking for someone who not only brings strong litigation experience but is also open to mentoring and advising a more junior attorney.


Responsibilities:

+ Handle law and motion practice, including drafting pleadings, motions, and oppositions

+ Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis across a range of matters

+ Support cases involving land use, constitutional, and education law, among other areas

+ Collaborate with the team on case strategy and workflow

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior attorney on legal approach and best practices
