Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking an Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with strong plaintiff personal injury experience who are looking to take ownership of a caseload and work closely with firm leadership.
Location: Midtown, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST | 100% Onsite

Compensation: $75-$125/hour

Employment Type: Contract (Potential contract to hire)

Start Date: July 2026


Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception through resolution.

+ Handle premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases.

+ Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery demands, discovery responses, and settlement demand packages.

+ Conduct substantive motion practice and discovery-related motion practice.
