Our client is seeking a skilled Attorney with experience in both litigation and transactional matters to support a dynamic legal practice. This role requires a versatile legal professional who can manage disputes, provide strategic counsel, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise clients on a broad range of legal issues.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle litigation matters from pre-dispute analysis through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

+ Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and transactional documents.

+ Advise clients on legal risk, compliance, contract interpretation, and business matters.

+ Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.
