Description
Supervise and guide paralegal and investigator teams to ensure high-quality client support.Oversee externship, fellowship, and pro bono programs, including partnerships with local law schools.Lead special projects that enhance legal operations, technology integration, and litigation strategy.Collaborate with leadership to strengthen office-wide efficiency, training, and policy development.Support the Managing Director of Litigation in relationship management and organizational initiatives.Develop procedures and systems that improve case management and align with CFR’s mission and values.
