About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Attendee Acquisition Specialist to drive event registrations through direct outreach strategies including telemarketing, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, highly organized, and experienced in engaging senior-level professionals to attend conferences, summits, webinars, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and direct telemarketing campaigns to invite prospective attendees to company events.
Use LinkedIn for targeted outreach, networking, lead generation, and attendee engagement.
Identify and connect with decision-makers, industry professionals, and potential delegates across target sectors.
Build and maintain attendee databases and track outreach activities through CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects via calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails to maximize registration conversions.
