Job Description

To assist the shift Miller to obtain good output, extraction and flour quality by adjustments and control of the milling plant. The team target is to obtain optimum milling performance.

Key Responsibilities Extraction and milling gain (assist with screens room set‑up) Check and report quality consistency Assist with millers maintenance & preparation Assist with overall plant efficiency Ensure adherence to safe working practices Housekeeping to be maintained at all times Assist Miller with accurate gristing Follow standard operating procedures Invocom participation and facilitation Assist with manufacturing in accordance with FSSC 22000 standards Qualification Requirements Matric Wheat grading and fumigation will be an added advantage HACCP exposure will be an added advantage Experience Requirements 2 years’ experience in a wheat mill plant OEE knowledge Key Outputs Ability to function in a team Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work unde...
