A. BASIC SUMMARY:

The Attendance Monitoring Specialist is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely clock-in and clock-out of caregivers through real-time monitoring of the call dashboard. This role includes identifying and resolving clock-in errors, addressing missed clock-ins, and supporting caregivers with technical issues related to the mobile clock-in application.
