**General Summary**

Provides basic athletic training services for patients/athletes at designated setting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Essential Functions:**

+ High School/Athletic Events Coverage: - Covers assigned pre-season physicals, sports games or matches and related events and supervises onsite treatments and programs of reconditioning for injured athletes under the supervision of the team physician, sports medicine program coordinator and medical director. - Carries out all prescribed treatments and recommendations made by the team physician and communicates appropriately with the rest of the interdisciplinary care team. - Maintains relationships with referring physicians, businesses, schools, coaches and other referral sources within local community. - Utilizes appropriate, sound and up-to-date clinical techniques to effect...
