Position Overview
- Support the Project Lead in the planning, execution and monitoring of the project.
- Support the coordination and collaboration between clinician partners, technology and academic partners of project and arms of project in hospital and community to ensure all aspects of project are compatible.
- Support the Project Lead in the development of solutions and their integration into care.
- Co-develop necessary policies and guidance for project solutions in conjunction with advisory bodies.
- Establish engagement strategy and system for updating, alignment and management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the operations of the project including its schedules and work plans.
