Position Overview
Role Responsibilities Proactively monitor and investigate logs for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments. Conduct troubleshooting and resolution steps for identified issues, updating tickets with outcomes. Automate monitoring tasks through scripting to improve efficiency. Support escalations to L3 SMEs for unresolved or complex issues, coordinating with third-party vendors as needed. Ensure full process compliance through detailed documentation, SLA tracking, and ticket resolution. Job Requirements Graduate in Engineering or Science. Desirable certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals. Experience with antivirus management, system monitoring, virtualization, and troubleshooting. Strong skills in network security, process compliance, and proactive issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively and manage service tickets for efficient incident handling.
