Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Design, evaluate, and document integration architectures across REST and file-based APIs, SSO and identity systems, and payment processing flows, translating business and partner requirements into technical specifications.Partner with engineering teams across ETS to ensure they have the information needed to resolve technical issuesConduct root-cause analysis of complex platform issues, tracing system behavior through logs, API traces, and database state to determine whether resolution requires configuration change, code change, or architectural revision.Partner with business owners and product stakeholders to analyze new platform and integration requirements, surface ambiguities, and produce functional specifications that engineering teams can build from without further translation.Serve as the technical authority during on-call rotations, evaluating incidents in real time, determining escalation paths, and designing rem...
