Bilateral/Syndication Loans and Agency Role
Provides comprehensive support and value-added services to the syndication business.Lender of record interest, Fee payment, the nature of this support requiresStrong multi-faceted individuals, who possess the ability to learn in a fast-paced and stressful environment.Analysis of borrowers needs and risk controls.Coordination of terms with Bank Arrangers and able to act as an LC Fronting RoleDue diligence process and sanction screeningMain responsibilities:
