Associate- Insolvency & Restructuring
We invite applications for the position of Associate within our Insolvency & Restructuring practice. This role is open to fresh graduates and individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in insolvency and restructuring engagements under the guidance of senior team members.
Prepare documentation for conflict checks and case initiation.
Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and records.
Review past transactions and support investigations into underlying causes of insolvency.
Support communication with stakeholders including directors, shareholders, debtors, creditors, and government agencies.
Assist in asset recovery activities.
Develop a working knowledge of prevailing insolvency laws and regulatory frameworks.
Provide administrative support to Directors and Managers, including time reporting, billing, and documentation tracking.
