Responsibilities - Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR, etc.)
- Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
