The Associate – QHSE will play a critical role in developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems. This role ensures strict adherence to operational safety, food safety, and environmental standards across all facilities and new assets. The Associate will also be actively involved in design reviews for new assets, ensuring QHSE compliance is embedded from the early stages of development through to operational readiness.

QHSE System Development & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with international standards and organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential hazards, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE laws, regulations, and standards.
