Our highly rated Property Litigation team is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join our Specialist Real Estate offering. The role may be based from any of our Bristol, Cheltenham or Exeter offices and will support the team in delivering a first‑class service to clients. Key responsibilities include advising on a complete spectrum of real‑property related matters such as business lease renewal, short residential tenancies, residential long leases, enfranchisement, rent recovery, service charges, dilapidations, telecommunications, forfeiture and possession claims, adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants, land registration, options, sale and purchase contracts, and other related subject areas. The role also involves representing clients in court action, the Property Tribunals, arbitrations, expert determinations and mediations. While experience in every area is not essential, we provide strong training and supervision.
