• Develop and implement strategic manufacturing programs while optimizing plant operating procedures to meet program requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities across design, tooling, and parts suppliers to ensure alignment with cost, delivery, and quality targets
• Prepare comprehensive quotations for piece costs and tooling while providing technical launch support at customer assembly locations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure program requirements are met within manufacturing facilities
