The University of Luxembourg is an international research university with a distinctly multilingual and interdisciplinary character.

The LCEL focuses on the interdisciplinary field of European law and uses to full capacity its proximity to key EU institutions in Luxembourg. The new Interdisciplinary Centre (IC) combines academic excellence and strategic research with impact. The IC reflects in its strategic focus the European political agenda of a dual (digital and green) transition and topics related to European sovereignty.
