Associate Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining mission-critical Wireless network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, incident response, preventive maintenance, implementation activities, vendor coordination, and support for large-scale wireless environments operating in a 24/7 environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations of wireless infrastructure including Cisco Wireless solutions, Aruba solutions, switches, firewalls, captive portals, and authentication systems.
- Perform troubleshooting for Wireless connectivity issues, DNS, DHCP, captive portal access, OTP login issues, VLAN routing, authentication failures, and internet access problems.
- Manage service technical escalations and support major incident troubleshooting during service disruptions.
