Associate Media Director is responsible for leading the media team, managing client relationships, providing strategic direction, and executing media plans and buys.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple accounts across integrated media strategy, planning and buying.
- Work alongside internal strategy team to develop communications plans and objectives aligned with the client's marketing direction and brand goals.
- Translate strategy into an approved, award‑worthy media plan.
- Direct core planning team to fuel their learning and advancement; lead by example to ensure understanding of media channels and their application to client strategies and goals.
- Maintain thorough, up‑to‑date client relationships, including knowledge of client business (market share, priorities, key competitor strategies, etc.).
- Establish and grow client relationships by demonstrating understanding of industry and client business issues.
