What You will do:
Conduct periodic FM, Compliance, risk and quality audits across sitesAssess compliance to SOPs, SLAs, safety and statutory requirements (wherever applicable)Identify service delivery gaps and drive CAPA with Facilities teamsMaintain FM risk registers and track closure of audit findingsInstitutionalize audit frameworks, checklists and quality benchmarkPMO – Special FM Initiatives-Govern and track cross-functional FM projects such as workplace space planning, workspace utilisation, FM automation / digitization, CAFM / IWMS implementation, energy and sustainability initiativesMonitor project timelines, risks and drive structured project reviews and reportingPartner with Security, IT, EHS and external auditing teams to drive audit closures and project outcomesEnable vendor performance governance through SLA and compliance reviewsDrive SOP...
