**Summary**:The role provides leadership and strategic and commercial direction for the Northern Cluster Contract Manufacturing organization.Define and deploy strategies across multiple technologies that optimize the 3PM network to ensure supply reliability, quality, and cost improvement programs, while enabling 3PM-based innovation to deliver top and bottom-line cost improvement.Establish strong supplier relationships, effectively manage the category supply base, perform advanced and intricate negotiations, and oversee supplier selection, onboarding and offboarding of key suppliers.
