Position Overview
Working with the Events and Professional Affairs teams the role is an integral part of the event planning process, the main purpose of the role is to lead and support by managing all invoices for all events and faculty costs.
**What you will do**
+ Lead and develop a geographically dispersed invoicing team across EMEA and LATAM, including onboarding, training, and recruitment activities to ensure consistent performance.
+ Oversee end-to-end invoice processing for events and faculty costs, ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements and standard procedures.
+ Monitor workload distribution and capacity planning, adjusting resources to maintain timely processing and balanced team performance.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across invoicing processes, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and cycle times.
