7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative AI.Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain‑specific prompts, and RAG‑based solutions.Proven ability to build AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi‑step automation.Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI‑driven ServiceNow actions (record creation, case triage, data retrieval).Ability to integrate AI features into ServiceNow workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with good k...
