Join our in house law firm - Caytons, as an Associate, where you'll work closely with a Partner to manage a diverse caseload. This role offers hybrid and remote working options. How you'll make an impact In this role, you'll handle a variety of professional indemnity cases, both pre-action and in litigation, under the guidance of a Partner. You'll collaborate with insurers, insureds, and other key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of professional indemnity matters, including pre-action and litigation cases. Engaging directly with insurers, insureds, experts, and counsel. Managing reserves and financials for each case. Preparing detailed reports for insurers and insureds.
