Associate, Learning, Leadership and Organisation Development (L&OD) Responsibilities The L&OD Division comprises of the following three units of Organisation Development, Leadership Development, and Learning. As an Associate of the Learning team, your day‑to‑day responsibilities would include:
- Providing administrative support for learning related activities, which includes verifying training applications, liaising with external training vendors, processing invoices, and working with Finance to effect timely payment of learning related invoices and expenditure.
- Updating of learning records and databases.
- Monitoring utilisation of learning budget and places, and produce reports to update stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Designing collaterals (electronic and printed) to publicise learning activities.
