About The Team The Regional Learning & Development, Communications, Culture, and Engagement Team supports the Monee businesses in cultivating a learning culture and developing high-performing leaders in Monee. The team is also entrusted with driving key employee engagement and culture initiatives and ensuring effective internal communications within the organisation. Monee is a fast-growing fintech company in the region, and you will be working closely with senior management in a dynamic, globalised, intellectually stimulating environment.
