Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of IT solutions. Monitor system performance, handle incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution. Act as a liaison between IT teams and business users to ensure operational efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate as necessary to the relevant technical teams. Maintain accurate documentation of IT workflows, system configurations, and standard processes. Support project management tasks such as scheduling, tracking, and reporting progress on IT initiatives. Ensure alignment and compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational protocols. Assist in delivering training and support to end users regarding IT systems and tools. Track operational metrics, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
