Qualifications and Attributes

• 3-6 years of corporate commercial experience, including experience in public market corporate finance matters (with a particular interest in working with private issuers) from a national, regional or reputable boutique.
• Experience representing both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, including plans of arrangement, amalgamations, and share purchase transactions.
