Position Overview
YourResponsibilities - Medical Planning & Pre-Design: Lead and oversee medical planning aspects of projects, including clinical workflow planning, space programming, and user requirement analysis. Conduct feasibility studies, site and zoning analysis, and ensure alignment with healthcare operational needs and regulatory standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including design, technical compliance, contracts, and execution. Ensure project aligns with cost, resource plans, and quality and regulatory standards. Lead, manage, and review pre-design work and feasibility studies, site, and zoning analyses.
- Design and design development: Collaborate closely with the Design Director and project team to develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs. Ensure alignment with client briefs, budgets, timelines, and healthcare-specific requirements.
