Position Overview
Responsibilities - Origination and sourcing: proactively identify and evaluate opportunities across GP stakes and secondaries with exposure to multiple geographies.
- Transaction execution: lead due diligence processes including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking, working closely with internal and external advisers.
- Portfolio and strategy support: contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and help shape investment theses.
- Stakeholder engagement: prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and presentations for the investment committee and senior management.
Qualifications - Strong foundational experience from a top‑tier investment bank in M&A, followed by time at a secondary fund or fund of funds.
