The Associate Executive provides administrative and clerical support to the Nursing Division by maintaining databases, collating information and updating records. Your responsibilities will include compiling statistical reports, managing clinical indicators data, and serving as a key liaison between various parties involved in procedural scheduling/ coordination. You will facilitate communication between stakeholders including the Admissions Office, Nursing, Department Secretaries, and proceduralists.

Additionally, you will support the manager with supplies management such as purchase requisitions and inventory tracking, and assist the department with various events, quality improvement initiatives, and ad hoc projects.
